ROI methodology
BidFlow does not publish a guaranteed payback period, time saving, win-rate improvement or financial return.
Use your own verified inputs
A Customer assessing potential value should use its own bid volume, evidenced staff time, fully loaded staff cost, current external spend, selected Plan Fees and measured workflow changes. Historic assumptions previously shown on this page have been withdrawn because the repository did not contain evidence sufficient to present them as generally applicable customer outcomes.
Separate efficiency from procurement outcomes
Operational time or cost estimates should be measured separately from awards, qualification, evaluator scores, ranking and revenue. Procurement outcomes depend on competition, pricing, eligibility, evidence, evaluator judgement, Customer edits and the final submission; an internal BidFlow indicator does not predict an external evaluator’s result.
Measure a controlled baseline
For a meaningful evaluation, record a defined baseline and comparison period, comparable tender complexity, the people and activities included, source-data quality, Customer review time and any implementation cost. Treat estimates as estimates and document material assumptions. The Customer remains responsible for its purchasing decision and final tender submissions.
See the Terms of Service for the contractual position on Generated Content, Customer review and procurement outcomes.
